TWILIGHT by Stephanie Meyes. Reviewed by Amanda Bosh, age 15.

The book was about vampires. Particulary one family of vampires.

I love this book. Edward Cullen is the main character, him and Isabella Swan. She moved to her Mom and Dad's hometown and meets a family of vampires, then has to go on the run so she can save her life, and still almost dies.

Interview With the Vampire by Anne Rice. Reviewed by Zack Jackson, age 16.

A man facing the misery and depression of an immortal life brought on by a vampire.

Vampire Diaries by L.J. Smith. Reviewed by Amanda Medero, age 14.

This book was about a vampire who doesn't trust anyone who falls in love with a girl that looks like his old love of long ago. His brother tries to steal her away from him. There are also paranormal things going on.

PEEPS by Scott Westerfeld. Reviewed by Jennifer Jackson, age 14.

This book is a new, realistic look at vampires. It's about a boy named Cal who has a parasite that makes people hate the things they once loved and sunlight. They also become cannibles. Cal is just a carrier. That means he has the parasite and the upped strength, hearing and sight, but he still has his sanity. He is in the employ of the Nightwatch, a more secretive beuracratic organization that catches and tries to treat the psycho "vampires".

On the lookout for the woman who turned him, he meets a girl named Lace who is the current resident of the building that Morgan had lived in. Unfortunately he can't even kiss her, or risk turning her into a peep or parasite positive.
