March Secret World of Soap Bubble Magic with Keith Michael Johnson Saturday March 15th 1:30-2:30 Enjoy this fun science program filled with bubbles. Fun for the whole family. Free tickets available March 3rd. Storytime for ages 3 1/5 to 5 years old Registration begins Monday March 3rd. Storytime begins March 12th and ends April 9th. Choose from Wednesdays 10:30-11:15 Or Thursdays 1:30-2:15 Children will listen to stories with Chris and Carol, we will watch a brief movie and make a craft to take home. Storytime continues for 5 weeks! Parents do not attend storytime but are asked to remain in the building for the full 45 min. Toddler Time for ages 2 to 3 ½ years Registration begins Monday March 3rd. Toddler Time begins March 11 and ends April 8th. Tuesdays 10:30-11:15 Parents attend Toddler Time with children. We do fingerplays like the itsy bitsy spider and stories and songs. Then play with puppets and puzzles. April April is National Poetry Month! Enter our Annual Contest Grades K through Adult. 2 submissions per persons please. Accepted April 1st through 25th. School Vacation Week April 14-18 Audubon Society of Rhode Island presents Everything's Connected Monday April 14th 1:30-2:30 Learn about the connections between the earth and animals, food webs and chains, how the earth recycles and why a healthy earth means a healthy you!!! Meet some friendly earthworms along the way. Free tickets available Monday April 7th. Sign Language Fun for the Whole Family Tuesday April 15th 10:30-11:30 Dr. Jeanne Ziter MD returns to teach kids and families how to do some simple signs with songs. Learn to sign your ABC's and 123's and more in this fun family program. Free tickets available Monday April 7th. Zoomobile from Roger Williams Park and Zoo Thursday April 17th 1:30-2:30 Learn about animals from zoo specialists. Kids will learn why some animals are mammals and others are birds or reptiles and focuses on all kinds of animals with vertebrates. Free tickets available Monday April 7th. June Annual Poetry Awards Night & Open Microphone Night This night will feature the winners from this year's Poetry Contest, and also is for anyone who wants to read their own poetry!
