Recent Events for Kids

Laura Zeisler presented Storytime in English and Spanish with songs, and crafts for preschoolers.

Dr Jeanne Ziter MD taught  a Sign language class for parents of children 6-9 months and beyond was held on  Wednesday February 16 th 6:30-7:30. (Dr. Ziter will be back in April to teach older children and their families fun signs with songs and stories.)

Michael Lynn Jr. and his wife Angela entertain kids and parents on  Monday February 18th

Lance from Rainforest Reptile Shows tells kids about the importance of animals in our environment and how to safely care for them on  Wednesday February 20th

National Park Ranger Peter Coffin instructs kids on how they can help save the environment by using a city model to demonstrate the effects of pollution on Thursday February 21st.

Encore Repertory Company and the Stadium Theatre presented a sneak preview of the upcoming show at the Stadium Theatre in April.Cast members from the popular High School Musical Show came to put on a few skits from the show at the Harris Library Sunday March 9th

Keith Michael Johnson showed off the Secret World of Bubbles on Saturday March 15th

Programs for preschoolers and toddlers run for 5 week sessions in Spring and Fall.
