- Adult: Patrons aged 14 or older.
- Juvenile: Patrons under the age of 13. A parental signature is required to obtain a library card. The parent must be present and show photo ID.
- Non-Resident: Non-residents may obtain a Local Use Only library card upon payment of a $25.00 non-resident fee. This fee is an annual charge. Non-residents must present a photo ID printed with their permanent address. Non-residents may also purchase an Ocean State Libraries card allowing state-wide use for $115.

Educator Support Service is meant to help local educators by providing materials for their classrooms.
Teachers and homeschooling parents may request materials for their classrooms by title, genre, or subject by emailing email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org at the Woonsocket Haris Public Library. A librarian will contact you within 48 hours to confirm your request.
Adult Knitting Circle

Woonsocket Local History and Genealogical Materials
The Woonsocket Harris Public Library has a number of special collections that pertain to various aspects of the area's industrial, political, social, and genealogical past. These collections may be used within the library, but because of their unique nature, and the inability to replace materials that might become lost or damaged, they do not circulate outside of the library itself.
